I recently had the pleasure of working with Martin Atencio and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He recently executed the simultaneous sale of my condo and purchase of my new home seamlessly. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and work ethic are impressive. He was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process and made a stressful time much easier than it could have been. On top of all that, he is just an all-round nice guy and fun to work with! He has a great working relationship with mortgage expert, Jodi Albin, who did an excellent job of securing my loan. I also highly recommend Jodi. She and Martin work very well together. I am grateful to them both and very happy in my new home.
