Martin really was amazing. This was a very stressful time for us as we had moved out of state, needed to sell our house and had already dealt with a realtor that did not do a whole lot for us. Martin coming in to the picture was a game changer. Suddenly we had a realtor that was willing to work, easy to communicate with, very accessible, and patient (no matter how many questions I always seemed to have). He kept us in the loop at every single stage and made us feel like we were his only clients. There were a lot of additional things that needed to be done to complete the sale of our house (repairs and such). Not only did Martin handle all of the logistics involved but had people on his team that were able to accomplish everything that needed to be done, in a timely matter to ensure an on-time closing. I highly recommend Martin, he is fantastic.
